1. How long does shipping take?
For China and Taiwan area , your order should arrive in a few days to less than a week by SF Express. Once the order is sent out, a tracking number will be notified to you.

2. Do I have to register to shop with you?
Yes you do, it’s simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
However, if you register with m e men, you will receive benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discount/promos and special offers.
3. How can I pay?
You can use any of the payment types listed above to pay for your order.
We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.
4. Can I check out using PayPal if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Yes, of course! Upon checkout you will be redirected to PayPal if you choose that payment method. There will be two options: (1) have a PayPal account, (2) don't have a PayPal account. You can select “don’t have a PayPal account” and then enter your credit/debit card details. Once we receive confirmation of payment, we’ll send your order out!
5. I want to change something on my order. How can I do it?
Basically once order is placed ,it cannot be cancelled or modified. But in case you want to change size or colour, pls email us immediately and we will try our best to help when order is not sent out yet.
6. I just placed my order. Can I still add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add or reduce items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We are happy to waive shipping fee on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
7. If I want to return and exchange something, how long does it take?
There is no exchange or refund once the order is placed.
8. Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Do I need to pay international taxes?
m e men cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your order. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So please contact your local customs office for further information.
10. An Item is missing from my order?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the items. We can try to fix the problem. If you contact us after 24 hours then unfortunately you are not eligible to replace the product.
11. How do I return something to you?
We will ensure the quality of our items before shipping out, therefore I am afraid we don't support any returns from our customers at this point.
